Tolerant Monarchs in the Bible - Iraqi and Persian/Iranian Descent




Over a century before his birth the Monarch from Iran was appointed as the King who would exercise tolerance towards God's people. King Cyrus was the only non Jewish monarch who was anointed by Yahweh the God of Israel - ISAIAH 45:1.


King Nebuchadnezzar, the Iraqi conqueror of Judah and Jerusalem, carried off the 4,600 Jews into captivity and dealt kindly with God's prophets, the prophet he was especially fond of was Daniel. The monarch trusted Daniel's advice and Daniel stuck by the ill-fated monarch even when the monarch was smitten by God with the supernatural disorder Boanthropy - DANIEL 4.


King Nebuchadnezzar's son, Awel-Marduk treated the captive King Jehioichin kindly, by allowing him to put aside his prisoner's clothing and eat at the monarch, Awel-Marduk's table - JEREMIAH 52.


Persian monarch, King Ahasureus who unknowingly married a Jewess, and elevated her to Queen, Esther, dealt kindly with God's people - the book of ESTHER.


Even though the Monarchs worshipped false idols, celebrity idols, they did not exclusively worship Yahweh, although they acknowledged him as powerful. Acknowledging the existence of the true God Yahweh and of his son Yeshua is not even to please god. The demons recognised God's Son when they saw him - MATTHEW  8:28-30, and the demons also acknowledge the existence of God (Yahweh) and shudder - JAMES 2:19. All such demons and their followers will die eternally.

CHOOSE YOUR GOD TIME - Elijah questioned the people, how long will you continue limping on two opinions, if Yahweh is the true God, go follow Yahweh, if another god is the true god follow that one - YOU CHOOSE. Two kingdoms, God's kingdom under the stewardship of the Archangel Yeshua or Satan's kingdom. Both kingdoms have subjects, some who roam invisibly, demons, and the rest who are on earth. Only Yeshua's kingdom, which rules from heaven is pure. We do not have to do anything to be granted citizenship of Satan's kingdom, we automatically come under the dominion of sin, death and Satan;s world from the womb. We have to put up a hard fight to find God's kingdom and an even harder fight to remain in God's kingdom.

 Pre-Mental Health Awareness Month Pathological liars, social media attention seekers, Facebook addicted trolls etc - all have one thing in common - Biblically they fit the description of 2 TIMOTHY 3:13 - evil people and impostors advance from bad to worse. From a psychological perspective they may be demonstrating signs of  mental health disorder - borderline personality disorder, Facebook Addicted Disorder, sadistic/narcissistic borderline personality. It is my view that such trolls, pathological liars, etc should be seeking psychiatric support to deal with their disorders and that their social media accounts should be curtailed. False allegations made by those with personality disorders ruin lives, careers and the reputations of business. Trolls are of a similar vein. It is hard to feel sympathy for malicious people however they must be treated and if needed receive a custodial sentence.
