From my perspective my recovery from a nervous breakdown was supported by a fantastic insightful caring team of professionals and my use of complimentary medicines, Talking Therapies, Homeopathy, Kinesiology, Irridology, EFT, Acupuncture, Cranial Massage, Reflexology, Music and Art Therapy - the list goes on.
It is my opinion that conventional medicine can work well alongside alternative medicines.
